It is composed of a reinforced fiberglass base and a high-density cement core, which hardens quickly upon water application to form a rigid road surface with excellent load-bearing capacity (supports up to 5-10 tons of vehicles after full curing).
Application Scenario: Suitable for paving rural muddy roads, construction site temporary access roads, farmland access roads, and disaster-stricken area emergency roads. It effectively solves the problem of road impassability caused by rain, snow, or heavy use, ensuring smooth transportation of agricultural products, construction materials, and emergency supplies. The product is suitable for both temporary use (e.g., construction sites) and permanent road improvement (with proper edge reinforcement).
Construction Process:
① Road Preparation: Clear the muddy road surface, remove stagnant water, and level the roadbed (fill potholes with soil or gravel if necessary).
② Unfolding & Paving: Roll out the cement blanket along the road direction, ensuring the blanket covers the entire road width; overlap adjacent sheets by 15-20cm and fix the edges with steel nails or gravel piles.
③ Hydration: Spray or pour water evenly on the blanket until fully saturated (use a sprinkler for large areas).
④ Curing: Allow the road to dry for 24-36 hours; light vehicles can pass after initial curing, and full load-bearing capacity is achieved in 7 days. For permanent use, add a gravel or asphalt top layer if needed
